In May, Moorhouse Group welcomed Janet Payne to be a part of their exciting team based in
Caerphilly, joining the Senior Management team as Xbroker Manager.
Janet brings over 36 years’ insurance experience obtained within the Corporate and Commercial
broking world, working alongside many major Insurers, handling a wide range of products to meet
the needs of a varied client base.
It has now been over 3 months since Janet joined the team where she has been heavily involved
in the development of existing Broker relationships with visits up and down the country, Teams
Meetings and phone calls; all part of the Xbroker strategy to maintain broker interaction,
continued high service levels and to ensure open communications be maintained to ensure a
stable and robust distribution channel throughout the Xbroker network.
With the introduction of new product lines, Janets’ experience and market connections have been
an asset to the already established team. Xbroker has exciting times ahead and Janet and the
team are looking forward to continue close working relationships with both existing and new
brokers, keeping them abreast of all future developments and the exciting changes that are
planned.
