Xbroker and its parent company, Moorhouse Group Ltd, have an established
risk and conduct framework including processes and controls, which place our
customers and distribution partners at the centre of what we do.
All our processes, communications and documentation have been reviewed in
a detailed gap analysis against the entire scope of Consumer Duty.
This is an ongoing process, which will evolve and develop as we seek to
continually improve, to make customers and partners dealing with us as
straightforward and seamless as possible.
In particular, we have reviewed all the products we distribute from every
ultimate manufacturer to ensure they have a clear target market, meet the
needs of that target market and provides fair value at the appropriate pricing.
We will continue to monitor key measures to ensure the products remain
relevant and of value.
We have also reviewed all our services to ensure we are best placed to
support the understanding of our products and ensuring that there are
no barriers in place when dealing with us.
We are currently updating our portal and will be creating a dedicated product
governance page to enable you to find any necessary product literature easily
and will update you when it is available and on an ongoing basis with any
updates or changes.
In the meantime if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact your
regular Xbroker contacts or email firstname.lastname@example.org
